Shipping requests are fulfilled by Pavé. Local delivery requests are fulfilled by the ambassador when available in their territory.

In production, typing a username can reserve a draft shop instantly. The shop becomes public only after terms acceptance, Stripe Connect onboarding, social verification, and Pavé approval.

1. Reserve

Create the slug, territory, display name, and default shop from a simple admin form.

2. Onboard

Ambassador agrees to terms, completes Stripe Connect tax/payout onboarding, and submits a social account for DM verification.

3. Activate

Pavé approves the territory and the page changes from pending to an active concierge shop.
